Gosport elected to bat first and scored 294 for 3
wickets. The pick of the Purbrook bowlers was James
Holder who took 2 wickets and conceded very few runs.
Purbrook innings was limited to 191 for 6 owing to some
excellent bowling, fielding and catching from the
Gosport lads. Tim Jackson hit a 4 which is encouraging
for the future.
